Ok so the car is a 2002 Cavalier z24 5 speed with 115,000kms

What I am thinking about doing is picking up a motor from the wreckers to build for boost.....

What I would do would be...........

Eagle "ESP" H-Beam Rods
Wiseco Pistons - Standard Bore - 8:9:1 Compression - with wrist pins and rings
Dual Friction Centerforce Clutch
Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel
HP Tuners
Bates Engineering Valve Springs
Hahn RaceCraft Stage II

What do you think?? Reliable daily driver.....I figure I can get everything I need for about $6,500-$7,000 CDN. Ya alot of money but alot of fun too!!

Basically I want to SAFELY be able to run 15psi on a daily bases......

I totally missed you said the Hahn kit lol

If you're going to do all that, seriously, get a larger turbocharger. 20G or even the GT Garret Series Turbos. The manifold you're getting uses a T3 4 bolt flange so you can switch it if you wanted to.
