u can try a search on j-body.org but g/l trying to get anyone there to actually tell u . search for th VSS mod

Yeah you probably wont get a response because everyone will tell you that our cars aren't meant to go over 108mph/172km/h. The only purpose to do the mod is if you plan on building a Race ONLY vehicle as in never driving it on public streets.

the reason speed limiters are on from the factory is because of the speed rating of the tires as equipped OEM. there is no other reason.

I will be honest and tell you that no one will tell you how to remove it because you have not shown proof of why you need to go past 108 mph and you have not shown that you would even have the modifications to surpass 108 safely.

Our stock brake system isn't efficient to brake from 108+ speeds in a reasonable amount of time, our suspension system can't handle those speeds well, and on a stock motor, you won't go far pass 108 MPH.

They made a governor for a reason. If on other cars they have higher governors, it's because their vehicle can probably handle those speeds (if they can even reach those speeds).

It's not safe and not neccesary unless you are trapping close to that number in the 1/4 mile. Keep it safe.
