RSM throttle body
Thursday, June 30, 2005 10:33 PM
Hey all, I read a couple of things about this throttle body (the 62mm) and I have to say that I'm a little confused... I read about changing sensors and stuff like that.. Can I use the stock one or I have to get new ones. I know that it's bolt-on, but is there anything to be careful with when installing??? My other question is : Is there any ported intake manifold for the eco, I read a how-to-do to make a porting to the intake manifold, but I'm sure that I'll mess it up so I prefer to buy one. By the way I can't afford to pay 1000$ for an intake manifold.. Thanks

When you get the rsm throttle body take the sensors off of your stock one and put them on the rsm one. Easy as that. As for the intake manifold, its pretty easy to do just go buy a dremel and a carbide cutting bit and slowly take it cut away. The only intake manifold anyone sells right now is the venom and its an arm and a leg.
