Ok, as a answer to the original post, If you go with the 4-2-1 from RkSport and want to keep your original converter it will not fit.

-First the cat will leak at the headers base(really hard to weld and you don't want to do that if in the future you replace it with a Hi-Flow)

-The angle of the headers at the end will make the converter(OEM) bang on the floor, and the headers will bang on the cross members

So for few buck more, (If you go should RkSport) go with a converter Hi-Flow.

Here my set up on my J's:

RkSports 4-2-1 Headers
Dynomax Converter Hi-Flow 2.25''
Maganaflow(RkSport) single Cat-Back 2.25''(if you have a coupe, there a tube in the kit for the sedan, you keep it for reunite the converter to the cat-back and have a O2 sensor fitting weld for the sensor after the converter)

huh, got a question, possibly a foolish one, i have a 2003 ion quad coupe with the ecotec motor, love it, but i need a header, will any of these fit my car ?? do any of you have an ion? PLEASE HELP ME !!! I have been looking for a whilke now and only am getting myself into a tail spin, i love the car, the motor rocks, but the exhaust sucks. any help here would be hot.
