Courtenay-sport (in the UK) do a supercharger conversion for that engine and i think Regal (southampton, uk) are doing the dblias turbo conversion.
In the states the kit you want is the Hahn turbo conversion, but not sure if it would fit right out of the box - the exhaust manifold is different in the US and the ECU is different as well. The z22se is called the L61 in the states, btw...
