RKSport Hi-Flow Intake

Does anyone else have the rksport high flow intake...I have it on my car and the pos connection to the metal intake is like less then 1" everytime i mess with my amp and connecting it to the battery i end up touching the intake and sparks fly everywhere...anyone else have this problem...or have a solution?

i just put the cover on it from the battery terminal ,the one that goes to the cable connector,other wise,silicone the bolt that threads into the battery,so all you'll have to do is scrape it off( the silicone) when you need to mess with it

I just put mine on today. If im correct they want you to bolt the flange that sticks off the intake to the powersteering pump, on the top bolt. that has the stud? I put mine on the bottom bolt and it clears the battery much better. The bolt is right in the way of the power steering line.

Thats how mine is if its right or wrong It gave me more battery terminal clearance and the intaek still fits fine.
