I got 2.5 inch piping now into a tenzo x spec titanium mufffler..
I used to have 2.25 inch pipe badly bent.. let me tell you.. I felt more of a gain then when I went from stock to 2.25.. and its so much smoother and deeper.. plus I did notice a performance difference and better gas mileage.. it pulls harder without a doubt

Well, I finally pulled my car out of the garage long enough to give it a quick run up and down the street.
The problem with my 'butt dyno' is three things. First, my car had been garaged for over a month. Second, I've been driving a 91 F-150 (you know there is a big difference between the two). And third, I installed both an upper mount and the 421 header from RK during the parked time so their were a couple of things added.
Well, needless to say the car moved like a dream. Even Paul was shocked at the scoot it had. Obviously, I have almost every tool I need in my garage, but I don't have a dyno, so no numbers here... sorry

Sup all, I got an03 cavy and i was wonderin if i put a header on my car will it void my warranty??
What kind of header should i go with on my cav 2.2 eco.? Weapon-r, rk sport, or mantapart header?? wil it void warr.

I don't remember who posted it, but on JBO, someone said the the RK header dynoed with a LOSS of torque. Maybe it's better for high rev, I dunno.
Plus, nothing seems to fit correctly, and with the money you have to spend, that is weak.
I'm going to wait a while before I decide which one is best for me, the aftermarket will get better as time passes, I hope.
rk wont work on the 02 , cause they said GM changed the frame on the 02 they had
which is total BS
GM added a brace where the old 2.2 and 2200 ohv exhaust ran though , thats all GM changed
rk changed there header and wont admit they did , and they pic on their site is hte first design that will fit the 02 , the new design doesnt

hey sick fire, that site "ful throttle" doesn't have a header for the eco just the 2.2/2.4 im assuming thats the old 2.2 not the eco.... right or worng??

ok. so why cant RKsport make 2 different headers. i really had my hopes up for the Rksport header. for my 02 ls sport coupe. grrr.

Hey guys, does anyone know if the weapon r is 4-1 or 4-2-1? on ebay they description says 4-1 but the on pic looks like 4-2-1 and I have heard different things from different people.

Did you notice any loss of low end torque with the 2.5" pipe (or even the 2.25)... I'm thinking you must have but gained the mid-top end. <br>

i have ordered the weapon-r header. does it really need to be welded on or is that just a better way of installing it than with the studs
I have an RKsport header and it sucks. I mean the power is great but it leaks at the Y pipe connection to the header itself, i have had to change the gasket at least 10 times in the past year. I would go with the the header that Bill's Isuzu Performance makes. The RKsport header does not fit very well at all for stares and the bolt holes for the Y pipe to header connection are all in a line parallel to the engine (which causes a major flex point), I even install stiff upper and lower motor mounts and this still did not fix the Y pipe problem. Good luck if you decide to buy one, my header has made me so mad that i have decided to go turbo so i can ditch the RKpoop header.

I just called Weapon-r and the lady told me 4-1 3 peices but if you say it's a 4-2-1 El gaupo then I beleive you. The lady I talked to didn't seem to know a whole lot she had to look it up. <br>
