Recommendations for parts?

I am contemplating modding my car, its a 2.4vvt ion with 170 stock hp. Which parts would you guys recommend to gain 30hp? My power goal is 200hp at the crank, the car has good pick up already but a little more wouldn't hurt either! I am not looking to do anything like super charger or tubo. Trying to keep it N/A.

Since you have HP Tuners available for your application, I'd look into purchasing that and learning how to use that with your setup. You'd be suprised how much power you can gain from computer manipulation.

Other than that, maybe a full exhaust upgrade, a intake change and that's all I can think of.

Can you suggest a place to find the HPTuner for the 2.4 ecotec? Mind you I am in Canada.

i only know of going to www.hptuners.com

if you have no upgrades to your car as of now id say that there are some full exhaust systems to go with... i personally like the sound of the magnaflow (my brother has it on his 2.4) but also cai or look around for cams. A dry shot of nitrous will get you between 25-75 depending on setting if you dont mind that. i think its a lil less than the hp tuners but id love to have that program over nitrous any day lol

Full exhaust(header, high low cat, and cat back system) Cold Air intake, proper tuning. Short of a supercharger or nitrous these also represent the majority of the bolt on modifications available, you should get 30hp from this setup.
