well that settles it...i'm just going to have to buy a lamborghini instead of the supercharger
Anyways....I wonder if anyone on here or JBO is an actual affiliate of GM. Maybe I can bug the sh*t out of them like i did the performance parts people. It seems like if GM had someone on here giving updates, even if its once a month, that would kill all the rumors and help the sales of their performance parts. There is so much heresay on here about GM and their products that you can never tell whats true. I have heard a lot of people go with turbo systems they aren't really happy with just because they are eager for some boost. I've noticed how many body kits and wheels I have started looking at since I saved the money for the charger. I need boost though!!!!!

I heard this, and I read that, and I saw this and I heard that, and I got a hook-up that sez this, and I got a insider that says that...@!#$ sakes, will you all give it a rest... I know it sucks not knowing when it's coming out, but hearing a different date ever day is so annoying...GM appears to be doing the same games that they did with the 2.4L supercharger kits....they said it was almost coming out for like 4 years.... just stop guessing and wait until some concrete dates come out, if there can ever be such a thing. It sucks because lots of people are holding their breath waiting for the SC and may end up going turbo or get some other kit because GM are playing these @!#$ games.
FastFire22:
bro...you need to get laid

I posted the information that was given to me by a GM spokesperson because there have been a ton of questions about the s/c, not to just to write some bs. It seems logical to me that if a large amount of interest is shown, the kit will come out faster. Many people, including myself, are very interested in the supercharger and its nice to get some info once in a while. Its probably not important to you because you are doing a custom setup, which by the way is awesome. That takes a lot of hard work and it will most def pay off for you. But for someone like me, who drives all the time, who bought an extended warranty, and who doesn't have the tools or time for continuous maintenance on my car, the GM kit is the best deal.
I realize you are not directing your post towards me or anyone specifically, but it was kind of pointless. Don't sh*t on our parade, build your car the way you want. Yes, your setup will be 10x better than the eco s/c, but it works for me.

And dude, I am in no way trying to start a battle or anything with you...............but this post is for info on the Ecotec supercharger, so let it be used for that.........thanks.

You're not trying to start a battle, yet you tell me to get laid? @!#$ off, and stop talking out of your @!#$....

I don't have time to read your poorly constructed paragraph up there. I'm not trying to @!#$ on your parade, and my comment above wasn't directed at you personally, but at all these supposed DATES that the SC is coming out..you realize that we were supposed to get this SC back in JUNE right?? LMFAO, that's right many months ago JUNE was supposed to be the magic month..guess what? It's July.... hmm.. maby NEXT JUNE...yeah, that's the ticket.... you are wasting your time posting a supposed date you heard from someone, wait till concrete info comes out...
I apologize for the sh*tty comment, I was kind of joking around though. You seemed kind of bitter when you made your comments. Regardless I never posted any specifics, I just posted info about a recommendation that was made. Again this isn't a post for me and you to argue about stupid stuff and make nasty comments to each other. So far this site hasn't turned into that and I don't want to make it that way.

Keep everyone informed about how your project is going.
Thanks

I apologize too Bleak, you're right though, my first post was a bit bitter... I guess I can see this becoming just like the 2.4L SC fiasco...I saw many freinds waiting and hoping for the 2.4 SC kit, date after date was set, Gm seemed to keep taunting everyone... I saw freinds sell their J's and buy other cars because of the lack of concrete info.

ANYHOW, hopefully this doesn happen here, I got a brand Saab 9-3t linear turbo and manifold so that's going to be my basis for a custom turbo kit, but the SC kit certainly will
get my attention and possibly change my mind if my setup is not finished when it comes out, as the warranty part is a very nice perk.
