Does anyone have some installed pictures of the Tsudo Header for the 03 cavalier ecotec? Also how were your gains, noticable or not that noticable?

How was the install? Did you encounter any problems. I hear they have gasket problems?

Do you have any pics on the connection of the header to the catalytic converter. I think i'm going to run into trouble because the cataytic converter has a 3 bolt assembly when the header i have coming looks to have a 2 bolt assembly.

I think you can get them from Brad at neverenoughauto.com for like 205 or something like that out the door. That is cheaper than ebay and with better customer service. I bought this header from never enough auto accessories.

They got the header on today. I'll post pics later tonight. I have the old stock header and i figure ill sell it for about 50 dollars plus shipping. Theres nothing wrong with it, so make an offer. I'd only take paypal for it.

Whatsup. Outta Control Racing got the header on no problem at all. Noticed some small gains in the mid rpm ranges. Torque was also noticeable throughout the rpm ranges.

old headers followed by new headers

Why didn't you just unbolt it and bolt the other one on and save some cash?

I tried the bolts were rusted pretty bad. there was no way i could get enough leverage on them with how they sit inthe back near the fire wall. I'd rather spend the money made it a lot easier on me.

i have a hard time getting the bolts tight to the block need advice i first put the header on then took it off tighten the stus then the bolts were hard to get wth regular wrench even with the ecu removed i ran seafoam thru the vaccum line and all the smoke came out next to the header and u can hear it leaking plus were the header goes 4-2 the pos paper gasket burn up so what do u do to tighten those bolts the one bolt is were one of the pipes comes out and up it was the biggest pain but beside that go power from this header after 4 grand u can feel it going to ny drag strip aug 19 hope to tear up the other cars
