The GM Supercharger kit 17800003 says it is for the 2.2l ecotec sunfires and cavaliers, I have an 07 G5 base model and I want performance without voiding the warranty and thought, Why not try a GM supercharger. I don't have any doubts of it fitting, but will a dealership reflash the PCM since the kit says it's for a sunfire/cavalier? Has anyone put the kit on themselves?
It will void your warranty. The kit is not made for your vehicle.
The reflash wouldn't work for your PCM, 2 different types of computers.

I have the GM perfromance book at home thier is a kit for a 2.2L Cobalt that kit should work on your car i will check it out and get you the number as far as your warrenty you will need to check with the dealer and then they will do the reprogram through all-data thats what they did on my 2004 cavalier ecotec swap on my 1997
