Yes, but it has to be from the Aero 2.0 presently produced. It has the same alu block as our 2:2s.

Anyone know what size injectors the 2.0l saab motor has? Thinking of dropping this motor in a fiero instead of a 2.2l. This would save me time and money from upgrading internals and I could then put that money towards a bigger turbo and maybe even injectors instead. What do you guys think?

Also does anyone know what it would require to convert this motor to run solely on E85, I hear E85 loves either high boost, high compression, or a little bit of both and its like getting race grade gas for cheap! Octane equivalent to 104.

Thanks ahead of time, any info is greatly appreciated for this newbie.

The SAAB 9-3 2.0T engine(used from 2003 til now, and available as a 175hp or 210hp) is RPO LK9 and is virtually identical in every way to the LSJ. It uses a different intake manifold(cast alloy), turbo specific exhaust manifold, and uses Saab's unique ignition sytem and fuel injection system(theres an Ignition Ionization Module bolted onto the exhaust cam were the cam position sensor is on the LSJ) The base engine however(block, head, valvetrain, and all mounting points) is indistinguishable from an LSJ.

However the camshafts are different depending on b207R or b207L. The R engine has higher lift camshafts and a larger mitsubishi turbo. And instead of a cam sensor run off of the exhaust cam on the lsj engine the lk9 engine has a vacuum pump with said "ionization module."
