fortunately I have a saturn L-series and I can make an elbow to connect the mani to a turbo and still have acres of space beforeI hit the firewall.

Good luck. Why do you have a 4.5" tip though?

on my wagon the openings in the rear facia are too big for anything smaller it would look puny so I went wit 4.5 inch tips on the dual exhaust I installed. It looks killer and is nice and quiet so I don't draw attention to the sinister black beast.

BTW these cars have almost 2 feet behind the engine so turbocharging this car is a
NO BRAINER

My goals are simple:
1. Low boost turbo (kit if I have to) 3-6 psi possibly intercooled (although not really necessary at this level. for about 180hp and some more torque.

2. tint the windows

3. add a spoiler from an Opel Vectra Estate

4. paint the wheels gunmetal or some darkish grey

Look in to a Saab 9-3. They had ecotecs with turbo, and the exhaust manifold should bolt up and is already set up for turbo.

if you want a stock manifold email me. It'll cost you whatever shipping costs. The header is rather long and low, so I can send you some measurments first before you spend the money to have it shipped.
