Actually there aren't any kits for your car cause of the automatic transmission.

Welcome to the world of custom turbo kits.

I have a 2005 Ecotec Auto, i made my own custom turbo kit, was really easy, just gotta know what you need and buy them all seperately, the result is gonna be better then a pre-made turbo kit.

I have a 2003 Saturn Ion 2 man. i am looking to turbo it, i dont really know what i need to get. I have read that a 2.2l Ecotec can hold 5-8lbs on stock internals. My buddy has a 16g turbo off of a Talon that i can get for $100. Do i need pistons, performance head, rods, injectors, fuel rail, etc.. i am totally lost need help if possible email me t at littlehavro14@yahoo.com

http://www.ecotecforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35 Read this post. It will help you build you turbo kit. As far as internals, you need to understand how a turbo system works a little bit better. You don't NEED pistons, rods etc. but you run the risk of mechanical failure when running more than 5-8 psi on stock internals. Then there is the issue of tuning your car. I have no idea if there is a decent tuning program for your car but you may find one or somebody may chip in to this post.

Hahn Racecraft makes a turbo kit for eco cavaliers and sunfires and they offer the 16g and the 20g upgrade. So, if you decide to go for it that turbo might work.

My first kit was from Hahn.. ran 12psi for 2 years with no issues. A rising rate fuel pressure regulater is a must if you dont have tuning softwear.

hahnracecraft.com

they have a very reputable history of making excellent turbo kits.

they have 2 stages or more

if you want to be completely worry free with a turbo kit, built up your internals.
