you can check out www.maximumboost.net Venom makes some larger injectors.

Stock are 19 lb/hr. Dont waste money on venom injectors. Ford injectors fit great in 03+ ecos. You can get 30 or 42 lb/hr.
e-mail this guy, he sells them in groups of 4 but dosent have any listed right now.
injectors
Are you gonna put injectors in before you do some kind of forced induction? Itll probally run like crap unless you have a turbo.
anyone know which ford these injectors are origionallymade for?

i spoke with frank from maximum boostand the venom injectors are 10%bigger than stock
Stock injectors are 24 lbs/h or about 250cc.
The injectors you want are aftermarket injectors made for the following cars:
-GM V8 1986 to 1992 TPI
-GM V8 1993 to 1997 LT-1
-FORD V8 5.0L 1986 to 1995
-Ford V8 4.6L 1996 to 1998.
You do not want the stock injectors from these cars, you want after market injectors made for these cars. Here is a link to a set of 8
Link these are what I am running for now.
You will need the plugs from one of the cars metioned and will have to cut and splice your injector harness. I picked up 8 plugs from a wreckers fro like $20. It not to hard as long as you are comfortable doing wiring and shouldn't take more then an hour or two. The 30lb injectors will drop in and the car will run on the rich side. Although for me that might be due to not having a vacum line going to the fpr.
what about for an 02 eco. and what all exactly has to be done when putting in new injectors?
Accel sells injectors for the LT1, Ford 5.0 which should fit the ecotec. But the problem is that they sell them in a package of 8 instead of 4.
For the 03-04 Eco's use Ford red or green tops or if you want to mess with low impedence, use the brown(36lb, perfect for most people). My greentops fit right into the fuel rail with the stock clips but I had to scrounge the injector plugs from the junkyard.
02's can use the Turbo Saab injectors and I believe that they are a direct fit.
There are a lot of mixed feelings on Venom injectors so you might want to look them up before you purchase any. For the price, you could just buy some red/green tops, splice in the injector wires(not complicated at all) and stick them in your rail. Good luck!
you can also go to GM and buy the injectors for the cobalt ss and they'll bolt right in.
12.7@110MPH with 10PSI.
the corvette injectors are a perfect fit and its not how much fuel in dumped in to the ecotec its how misty it is/ it needs to be a super fine mist //not how much you can get in it
For the ford racing fuel injectors i just bought you can get clips from lee auto parts or if you want good quick disconnect ones you can go to carquest and order them they are 9.52 a piece plus tax so new quick disconnect clips for 40 bucks aint bad.

I am going to hook up a Megasquirt Fuel injections controller to my Ecotec and i need to know the stock injector size. Does anyone know what the stock injector size is? One post says it is 19lbs but three posts later there is a post that says they are 24lbs. Does anyone know which post is correct?
all will pop into an 03+rail iirc but i think you need to change the wiring conectors to hook them up

Yup, you need the clips.

and do not buy anything from maximum boost
most fuel injectors are the same size. no auto mfg makes fuel injectors in house that i know of. Botch is the only mfg of "OEM quality" injectors that i know of and they all fit the same recievers. (75 lb/hr botch injectors out of a mustang are what feed my buddies turbo'd mk2 jetta). and yeah aftermarket are too expensive for my taste. Im sure you can find injectors out of something to fit you intake and meet your lb/hr requirement. just look around. a side note too... ussualy its more cost effective to replace rather then restore old injectors, so best bet is new OEM for what ever it is youve found the meets your criteria.
hey, i have 4 brand new accel 32lbs injectors, if your interested let me know
