Ok, here we go, I'm swapping an ecotec 2.2 out of an 02 saturn into a sandrail, I have an msd 6al sitting in my garage to use for the ignition portion. My friend has a haltech f9a I can get very cheap, I'm talking around $100. Now will this setup be suitable to control the engine? I do plan to turbo it down the road, I'm thinking the addition of a msd btm will work, and I believe the f9a is compatible with boost. Tis is a much cheaper option for me than even reflashing the stock ecm, which I don't have. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
