Hey guys new to the forum and look forward to learning more about this engine.

To start things off i would like to ask you guys for advice on my test bed for this engine (2.2l ecotec) which is my Joyner 1100cc dune buggy. Anyways right now its got some chinese brand four cyl with an even crummier transmission. Well my question is will a cobalt engine and tranny swap work? For will the transverse tranny handle the rear travel of my buggy about 14inches. Also where would be the best place to find those two components?
