I just did an ecotec swap with my friend and the car runs great but I have the check engine lightm ABS light and for some reason the little brake light is on ( the one when you pull the e-brake up). When we did the swap it had the 2.2 single cam, and that computer and ecu are the ones running the ecotec at this time. the wire harness is from an automatic without ABS so its rigged up a little. I bought a new ECU (for a stick shift ecotec) from LKQ and the car won't start. I heard that if I go to the dealership and reprogram it then It'll be fine, no lights and everything will be fine. Is this true? I need help!!!!!
