I was wondering what you have to buy to completely cure wheel hop. I have sport springs and that took out most of it. I don't get it on pavement when it is dry out anymore, but I do get it at the drag strip and when it is wet out. I even get it going to second gear. I was just wondering if just a-arm bushings will cure it, or if you have to get the entire tublar a-arm set. Or anything else someone has done to get rid of this power robbing nightmare. I would appriciate any input.
the tubular a arms have been known to break under normal daily driven conditions. the buhing are a nice upgrade and will reduce some of the wheel hop. another thing to loon at i tranny mounts if u have a 5 speed. both can be bought at carcustoms.net. good luck.
Like you said the springs take a lot out. I will be putting in the control arm bshngs soon. So I will let you know. after the 22nd
springs/shocks, control arm bushings, strut brace, subframe brace, engine mounts, and both trans mounts <br>

what are you talking about cheesecake. Your little weirde commints on every tread is getting annoying already. No offense. How about using the brain power on getting some wheels for that stock looking cavalier you got in your pic. Just an observation.

Not possible. All the ones out there right now are for the maual tranny only. I have seen a few posts from one guy that had some fabricated, but it was around $400 because it was a one-off. Not very economical.

caviefreak: Ya know what I like about winter. Ya can get a bunch of beer out of the fridge and put it in the window sill so ya dont have to make as many trips out to the fridge
adding a after market LSD (limited Slip differential) helped get rid of wheel hop, and inproved handling

U can never get rid of wheel hop, motor mounts do help, lsd does help but you also gain in that area but also you risk the chance of breaking axles.......
all wheel drive cures wheel hop
