My roommate just got a ION. and i have two questions, i think i know the answer if the first one. but going to ask anyway. any ecotec header will work for the ION right? and second: are there in intakes for the ION yet.? i looked at her engine bay and see that the intake goes to the left.. and not right like mine.. thanks guys

List is made for the j, but i'm sure the same companies make intakes for the saturn

AEM has a true cold intake for the ION. I have one. For pics of it, go to http://members.cardomain.com/saturnd00ds_ion3

As for the header for the j-bodies, they will bolt up, but they won't work for the ION. The pre-cat bolt's up to the header further down the line on the J-bodies as compared to the ION's. The angle of the downpipe on the j-body's differs from the ION's. For pics of that, go to my picture gallery on saturnfans. You'll see a pic of the RK sport header and assembly, and then I took some pics of my stock manifold with downpipe. You'll notice the clearance issue.
