i am currently building up my eco to be able to up to 125+ plus shot of nitrous. which clutch would be better to get the SPEC stage 2 or stage 3? what are the pros and cons of each thaks

Spec Stage 2 clutch handles at least 270 ft/lb of torque depending on the year of your car. The Stage 3 anywhere from 310-360 ft/lb of torque. Either way you'll have to break in the clutch. What kind of pedal feel are you looking for and clamping pressure. Another consideration is the kind of driving you do and the lifespan of the friction material the clutch disc is made from. I'd go with the Stage 3 setup so you won't have to upgrade later in case you do something else to the engine that results in more power output.

thanks Bill i was pretty much sure on the stage 3. just wanted others opinions
