Service Engine Light Going On

Any other ION QC owners had this problem? I have a 2003 QC and I have less than 20K miles on it.

The first time it went on was around 16K miles and it took them 2 trips to the dealership to get the light to stay out. The second time was just the other day around 19K and currently they have it and I am waiting for their shop foreman to look at it on Monday.

Last time they said the computer had gone bad and replaced that after also having replaced the O2 sensor.

Anyone familiar with Lemon Laws and how many trips to fix the same thing are required to fall under that?

Eh I used to love my car.. but this is getting old.

I posted this in another forum here.

At the Saturn dealership that I work at, we have come across some problems with ecotecs.

1. Maybe 1 of every 10,000 ecotecs have a bad head. There are porous issues (small holes) in the aluminum of the head that causes serious leaks. (my ratio my not be right, but we have replaced 2 ecotec heads already in 4 months time)

2. A more generalized problem, is that the position 1 O2 sensor goes bad alot.
