this lil thing has caused me trouble, first time was 1-1-07 new years morning, got up and attempted to start up my car and at first it didnt wanna turn over , so after a couple of tries the engine started and the idle was rough, and u could feel that it was miss fireing, so i got a lil voltage meter test sted the ends, and found that 2 out of the 4 were sending power through, so i replaced this part, now sat. 4-28-07 morning i go to turn on my car and the same thing happens, i know that im gonna have to replace the same part, but does anybody know why the ignition control module went out for the 2nd time? i dont have warrenty and its only bout 70 to 100 bucks to repace it, so no biggie, just wanted to know why this is happening, my car is an 05 sunfire, 5spd, short ram air intake and sport muffler, i always fill up with 93octaine gas, and change oil reguallry with 5W30 full synthetic Mobile 1 Oil, and use AC Delco sparkplugs

Make sure you put a nice new set of plugs in, clean the grounds as Cheesecake said, also inspect the harness where it wraps around the head and down under the engine, inspect for chafing.
