- The objective in Afghanistan was to remove the Taliban, which was successful, and yes, no weapons of mass destruction were found in Iraq, but now the Iraqi people can at least have a chance at democracy. You have to realise our logic for the WMD in Iraq is "5-2!=0"; where did all of Saddam's unaccounted for weapons go?
- I can't stand people telling me we went to Iraq for oil. I'm paying $2.259 a gallon for regular now, how can you justify the claim we did it for oil?

I agree that you should put money into your suspension, brakes and tires before you go and try driving that fast or competing in any competition. I also think that instead of worrying how fast you can go, you should try things like auto-crossing, drifting, and dirt/road course racing because you don't need to go as fast, you and your car aren't in as much risk, and its a lot more fun then driving fast in a straight line.

Well At least we agree on a few things!!

I accept the truce, I also am tired of other counties making fun of mine it bothers me to no end!!!! We are neighbours and we should be friends but a few differences are keeping us from that!!! I do read several newspapers everyday, and I hardly watch T.V. those our not my sources for info!. to keep this short I apologize to all for starting a ruckus!!! it's just the world seems to get worse every year and we cannot do nothing about it but complain and argue instead of work together, it is a shame that two countries that have been friends and neighbours for decades are now distant.

You can get rid of the govenor with a scanner. Just go to crank relearn while you are revving the motor, unplug your scanner, it will be gone. much easier than cutting wires.

Oh ya, ecos can rev up to 12 000 rpms, but kiss your motor goodbye, so get a bigger tach, and watch your revs

Well if you want to go faster than 107 or 108 whatever it is and the car is governed through speed than you can just cut off the signal from the trans that goes to the ecu and get a turbo timer like the hks type 1 and have the signal come before you have a switch cutting the signal to the ecm you should be able to still have a speed reading and be able to kill yourself and maybe some others while your at it. Ok now my opinion about this. The cavalier in general is not meant for high speeds. No matter what ugrades you make the car is not meant for that speed. I enjoy going fast but honestly if your breaking those speeds in the quarter you should really be concentrating on getting a standalone unit. So all of you out there saying wow i want to go 130+ or whatever get a fast car thats meant to go those speeds such as a corvette. Not that i condone crazy car driving, i myself go fast but i think the 107 speed limiter is a good idea for the cavi. Really you want to go fast how about handling. Doing 65 around turns that are meant to be taken at 25 30 at the most is like doing 140. If you crave true speed buy a bike.
